By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following conditions of participation:

The organizer of this competition is Artofjassi.
- eligibility to participate
Natural persons who are 18 years or older and resident in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
The entrant must have a public social media account to be eligible to participate.
- participation in the competition
To participate in the competition, the following steps must be completed:
- Follow us on Instagram
- Like the competition post
- Write a comment and tag 2 other people
- voluntary: share the post in your story
- competition period
The competition starts on September 5th, 2024 and ends on September 30th, 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
- Profit
The winner will receive a surprise book (used, in good condition) and additional accessories as described on the website. Due to fixed book prices in Germany, only used books will be raffled off.
The prize is neither transferable nor can it be paid out in cash or exchanged for other products.
- determination of the winner
The winner will be randomly chosen from all participants. The winner will be announced on October 5, 2024 and contacted via direct message on Instagram.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner.
- data protection
In order to carry out the competition, the organizer must process the personal data provided by the participant (name, social media account, email address and postal address if applicable). The data will be used exclusively for the implementation and processing of the competition and will be deleted after the competition has ended.

- exclusion from participation
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the conditions of participation, provide false information or attempt to manipulate the competition.
- Liability
The organizer is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the organizer or his vicarious agents.
The organizer assumes no liability for technical problems that may occur when participating in the competition.
- Early termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
- Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded.
This competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram.
Should individual provisions of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
